Let your shoulders soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Let your breath find its own natural rhythm.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are welcome here.
Bring your awareness gently to the center of your chest.
Not forcing.
Not imagining.
Simply noticing.
And as you rest there, let these words be spoken softly within you…
