Allow your body to settle.

Take a slow, gentle breath.
And as you exhale, release the concerns of the day.
Take another breath.

Bring your awareness gently into your heart.
Imagine a warm light glowing there.
Soft.
Gentle.
Living.
A light that has always been present.
A light that has never been extinguished.
A light that existed before every challenge.
Before every fear.
Before every disappointment.
Before every misunderstanding.
This light is your true nature.
The light of your soul.
The light of the Creator within you.

Now imagine standing in a vast field of light.
A light stretching beyond every horizon.
A light that fills all things.
A light that exists within every person.
Every tree.
Every flower.
Every mountain.
Every star.
The same light that lives within you.
You are standing within Divine Order itself.
And as you look around, you realize something extraordinary.
You are already inside the Divine Order.
You are already surrounded by God.
You are already held within Love.
Feel the relief of that realization.
Feel the burden beginning to fall away.
The soul remains whole.
The soul remains luminous.
The soul remains beloved.
The soul remains connected. Always.
Now bring your attention back to your heart.
See the light there growing brighter.
Expanding.
Filling your chest.
Filling your body.

Filling every part of your life.
The light enters all of them.
And as it does, you begin to understand.
Every step of your journey has brought you here.
Every experience has contributed to your awakening.
Every challenge has served your growth.
You were always being guided home.
Allow gratitude to arise naturally.
Gratitude for your life.
Gratitude for your journey.
Gratitude for the truth that has always lived within your heart.
Now silently repeat:
I am complete.
I am part of Divine Order.
I have never been separated.
I am held in Love.
I belong.
I remember.

Take a slow, deep breath.
Feel your heart glowing with peace.
Feel your body resting in safety.
