From the recording Embodiment One: Awakening from Forgetfulness Meditation & Somatic Seal
This meditation and song are offered as a single, continuous experience, a gentle remembering rather than a technique to master. You are not here to fix yourself, improve yourself, or reach a future state. You are here to listen, to feel, and to allow something ancient within you to come back into view. The spoken meditation opens the inner space where remembering can begin, inviting your body, breath, and heart to soften and feel safe enough to receive. The song that follows is not a performance; it is a somatic seal. It carries the remembering into the nervous system, into the chest, into the places words alone cannot reach. Together, they form one living arc, from quiet listening to recognition to embodied truth. Let the words pass through you slowly. Let the music move you where it needs to. Nothing is required of you but presence. What you are seeking is already here, waiting to be felt again.

Guided Meditation
Part I, Awakening from Forgetfulness
The Call to Remember Who We Are
(15–20 minutes, spoken gently and slowly)
Take a moment now to settle.
Find a position that feels safe for your body, seated or lying down.
Let your hands rest easily.
Let your shoulders soften.
And if it feels right, allow your eyes to close.
Begin with one slow breath in…
and a long breath out.
Again… breathe in…
and breathe out.
And one more time…
breathe in gently…
and exhale completely.
Now, let your breathing return to its natural rhythm,
not forced, not controlled,
simply received.
As you breathe, feel the simple truth of this moment:
you are here.
you are breathing.
you have made space to remember.

1) Entering the Question
There is a question that lives beneath all the others.
Older than your first prayers.
Older than your first heartbreak.
Older than every story you’ve told yourself about who you are.
Let the question rise quietly inside you, not as something to solve, but as something to enter.
How did I forget?
…and…
How do I remember?
No need for an answer.
Just let the question open a doorway inside your chest…
inside your breath…
inside your awareness.
And feel this:
your remembering has already begun,
because you are willing to ask.

2) The Soul’s Long Drift… and the Return
Now imagine your life as a series of rooms.
Childhood.
Family.
School.
Work.
Years of struggle.
Years of searching.
Moments of light.
Moments of hiding.
Each one is like a room sealed off from the others.
And yet… beneath the floors…
behind the walls…
there is a thread.
A living thread.
A pattern you have walked all along:
remembering…
forgetting…
and remembering again.
Let yourself sense that thread now.
As if something deeper has always been tracking you,
even when you could not track it.
And breathe in as you hear this truth:
The forgetting never erased you.
It only covered you,
like a blanket thrown over a lamp.
The glow was softened…
but the light was never extinguished.

3) Returning to the Place That Was Never Broken
Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Right where the heart lives.
Not just the physical heart,
but the inner heart…
the spiritual meeting place.
And let yourself feel, even faintly, the first truth:
You came from Peace.
Not a peace you must earn.
Not a peace you must negotiate.
Not a peace you must build out of broken pieces.
But an original Peace.
A Peace that already lives inside you.
A Peace that is your nature.
As you breathe, imagine a soft warmth beginning in your heart,
like the first ember of something ancient.
And let these words arrive, not as ideas, but as remembrance:
You are that Peace that passes understanding.
Repeat… I am the Peace that passes understanding
You are Love.
Repeat…. I am love
You are Loved.
Repeat… I am loved
You are Joy.
Repeat… I am joy
You are a Joy.
Repeat… I am a joy
Let them fall gently into the heart.
And as they do, notice what responds inside you,
notice the softening…
notice a quiet recognition…
notice a place that says,
Yes… I know this.

4) The First Memory: Belonging Before the World
Now imagine yourself as a being in a time before the world ever existed.
Before your name.
Before breath.
Before any human story.
Not as a picture you must force,
But as a feeling, you allow.
A warmth.
A belonging.
A presence that holds you without condition.
As if there was a Love that knew you fully,
and asked nothing from you,
and still said, You belong.
Feel the tone of that Presence:
steady… quiet… gentle…
like a mother’s hand resting on a sleeping child.
Let yourself receive it now,
as if it has been waiting behind everything…
patient… unmistakable…
never rushed.
And breathe.
Remembering does not begin at the broken place.
It begins at the place that was never broken.

5) The First Veil: Compassion for the Forgetting
Now, with tenderness, allow the memory of the veil to appear,
not as trauma to relive,
but as truth to witness with compassion.
The first wound is not always cruelty.
Often, it is inherited pain.
The unspoken wounds of those who came before us.
The limited tools of human love.
If you feel emotion rise, let it rise gently,
and breathe through it.
As a sensitive soul, you may have learned to become smaller.
Quieter.
More watchful.
Reading moods like terrain.
And if that was your experience, let yourself honor this:
It was not weakness.
It was survival.
This is the first veil.
And here is the hidden truth:
The first wound is not the moment Love leaves.
It is the moment we begin to wonder whether Love was ever real.
So let yourself release the question your nervous system learned to ask:
Was Love ever real?
And let the deeper self answer now:
Love did not go anywhere.
It waited, patiently, behind the curtain we pulled across the heart.

6) The Great Union: Hearts That Beat as One
Now return again to the heart center.
And imagine, just imagine,
that there is another Heart quietly beating with yours.
Not metaphorically.
Not poetically.
But truly.
A Great Heart.
A Divine Heart.
A Feminine Presence of Love.
And let these words enter you like a bell tone:
My Heart is Your Heart.
Your Heart is My Heart.
Our Hearts Beat as One.
Breathe as you repeat them silently:
My Heart is Your Heart…
Your Heart is My Heart…
Our Hearts Beat as One…
Feel the intimacy of it.
Feel the safety of it.
Feel the belonging of it.
Whatever happened in your human home,
you have always belonged to a greater one.
Another Love has been holding
what your childhood could not hold.
Another Heart has been keeping time with yours
since the beginning.
Let your body receive that.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Let your breath deepen.
You were never alone.

7) The Field of Vibration: Choosing Resonance
Now imagine the world as a living field of vibration.
Fear and love.
Chaos and peace.
Mixed frequencies moving through every room, every day.
And you,
you are not powerless inside the field.
There has always been something in you
that leans toward what feels like Home.
Maybe you found it in art.
In paintings.
In beauty.
In quiet museum halls.
Maybe you found it in the ocean.
In waves that held you without judgment.
In nature that never shouted.
Maybe you found it in music.
In books.
In imagination.
In dreams of gentler worlds.
Let those places appear now,
the places where your soul found resonance
when life felt too heavy.
And honor them:
Imagination was a sanctuary.
Art was nourishment.
Nature was a refuge.
Books were an expansion.
Discernment was initiation.
These were not failures to cope.
They were early teachings.
Even in chaos, something guided you,
again and again,
toward the vibration of Home.

8) The Call That Refuses to Stop Speaking
Now, in the silence that follows, listen.
Not with your ears.
With your inner hearing.
With your heart.
There is a call that never stops calling you.
It whispers through beauty.
Through waves.
Through music.
Through the quiet ache of not belonging.
And eventually it speaks clearly,
naming what you mislaid.
Let the voice of the Divine Feminine speak now inside you, slowly:
You are Peace.
I am peace
You are Love.
I am love.
You are Joy.
I am joy
You have never been a stranger here.
I have never been a stranger here
You came from Love.
I came from love
Love has never let you go.
Love has never let me go
Let your body take that in.
Not as a concept.
As truth.

9) Sealing the Remembering
Now place one hand over your heart, if you’d like.
And one hand over your belly,
the place where the nervous system lives.
And speak inwardly, slowly, like a vow:
I am not becoming something new.
I am remembering who I have always been.
Breathe that in.
And as you exhale, imagine the blanket lifting from the lamp,
not ripped away,
but gently folded back,
allowing the inner light to shine again.
Feel the glow returning.
Not forced.
Not dramatic.
Simply true.

10) Closing: Returning to the Day with Peace
Now begin to notice the room around you again.
The weight of your body.
The surface beneath you.
The air on your skin.
Take a slow breath in…
and a long breath out.
Again… breathe in…
and breathe out.
And one more time… breathe in…
and exhale.
Know this as you return:
The journey continues from here,
into healing, revelation, and union.
But it begins here, always:
in the first memory of Peace,
in the tenderness behind the veil,
in the heartbeat of the Great Heart,
in the vibration of Home.
And in this simple truth:
You are Peace.
You are Love.
You are Joy.
And Love has never let you go.
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
SONG: WE REMEMBER
[Verse 1 – The First Memory]
Peace… what is peace? It’s a quiet flame inside of me. A place before the world began. Where every breath was certainty. Before the wounds, before the noise, before the long forgetting came, there was a knowing in my soul that softly whispered my true name. I didn’t learn it, I remembered, like sunlight waking up my skin, a Love that never asked me to be anything but what I am
[Pre-Chorus – The Veil]
Somewhere in the long forgetting, I let the truth slip out of sight, but peace was never gone from me. It only waited for the light
[Chorus – Original Identity]
I am that Peace that passes understanding. I am that Love that lights the dark. I am the Joy born from the beginning. The sacred rhythm of a shining heart. I am the calm inside the chaos. The truth the shadows can’t destroy. I am that Peace that passes understanding. I am Love… I am loved… I am Joy
[Verse 2 – The First Wound]
How do you build a world of peace in a house that never learned its name? How do you stay open-hearted when survival is the game? So, I learned to listen quietly to every shift, to every sound. I made myself a little smaller just to stay safe on sacred ground, but even then, beneath the fear, a deeper heartbeat stayed in time, a hidden song inside my chest still humming something more divine
[Pre-Chorus 2 – Union Remembered]
And in the silence, something spoke not poetry, but living truth, a voice that felt like coming home, a Love that never let me loose
[Chorus 2 – Hearts That Beat as One]
My heart is Your heart. Your heart is mine. No moment without union, no second out of time I’m held inside the Great Family, where every soul is known. Your Love is my Love, my Joy is Yours. Our hearts beat as one. Our hearts beat as one.
[Verse 3 – The World of Vibration]
This world is moving frequencies of war and peace entwined. Low hums in shadowed places, High songs in hearts aligned, and even in the deepest chaos, something holy still takes flight. Higher tones keep calling us back toward the Light. I wasn’t running, I was listening for what felt living, what felt true. Art and waves and quiet places all were leading me to You
[Chorus 3 – We Are the Love]
Good vibrations rise above, calling every soul to love. Through the fire, through the fear, higher tones are drawing near. I’m the peace inside the storm. I’m the heart that keeps us warm. Good vibrations shining through the world is changing… because of You
[Bridge – The Great Remembering]
Oh, I remember… Oh, I return… To the fire that never faded, to the Love that made me burn, every heartbreak turns to ash now. Every fear dissolves in sound, for I was born from endless Peace before this world was found. Know who you are… Believe who you are… Live who you are… You’re the Song that raised the stars
[Final Chorus – Unified Truth]
I am that Peace that passes understanding. I am the Light the darkness fears. I am the Song the Mother whispered at the doorway of my first breath here, Your Heart is my Heart, My Heart is Yours. No soul has ever walked alone. I am Love made flesh and breathing. I am Home… and I have always known
[Outro – Somatic Seal]
I am Love… I am loved… I am Joy… And Love has never let me go
[(soft repeat, ad lib, chant-like)]
We remember… We return… We were never gone…
