Week Eight The Error of Forgetfulness Remembering the Ever-Present Holy Throughout the Seven-Fold Path, we have been gently led toward a single, life-changing discovery. We began by learning to rest in peace. We awakened to the communion of the One Heart. We explored the creative power of love, remembered that we have been beloved since before time, and discovered that the deepest spiritual journey is not one of becoming, but of remembering. Now, in Week Eight, the Holy Mother reveals perhaps the simplest and most liberating truth of all. Our separation from the Holy has never been real. The message received on May 24, 2024, quietly overturns one of humanity's oldest assumptions—that God is distant, that we have somehow fallen outside the Divine Presence, and that the spiritual life is a long journey back to where we once belonged. With extraordinary tenderness, the Holy Mother offers a different vision. She tells us that there is nowhere the Holy is not. The Divine Presence surrounds us, fills every cell of our bodies, and rests at the very foundation of our consciousness. Nothing essential has ever been lost. The problem, She explains, is not separation. It is forgetfulness. What we experience as distance from God is simply a momentary veil over what has always been true. The Holy Presence has never abandoned us. We have never ceased being children of the One Creator. We have never fallen beyond Love. We have only forgotten the Reality in which we have always lived. This changes everything. The spiritual path is no longer about striving to become worthy, climbing toward enlightenment, or earning God's nearness. Instead, it becomes the joyful practice of remembering what has always been present. Every prayer, every meditation, every act of compassion, every quiet moment of stillness gently lifts another layer of forgetfulness until the light that has always shone within us becomes unmistakably clear. The Holy Mother calls our forgetting only "a minor error." There is no condemnation in those words—only the boundless compassion of a Mother reassuring Her beloved children that they have never truly been lost. She patiently reminds us that awakening is not something waiting in the future. It is already accomplished. It takes but one shining moment to remember. That remembrance naturally gives birth to gratitude—not because life suddenly becomes free of hardship, but because we awaken to the astonishing realization that Love has never departed. Gratitude becomes the song of remembrance, the heart's joyful response to discovering that the Holy has quietly accompanied us through every joy, every sorrow, every triumph, every wound, and every ordinary day of our lives. As we enter Week Eight, we are invited to release the ancient habit of believing ourselves separate and awaken to the Ever-Present Holy. Together, through the Holy Mother's message, the embodiment meditation, and the accompanying song, we will discover that the journey home has never been about finding God. It has always been about remembering that we never left.
