This is the movement from realization into embodiment, from receiving light into radiating it, from seeking Love into being Love. This meditation is not about striving or attaining something new. It is about remembering what has always been true: You were never separate. You have always been held. You were born to shine. During our practice, we will move gently into the awareness that our lives themselves are sacred instruments through which Creation sings. As perception softens and the heart opens, illusions fade like morning mist, and what remains is the quiet recognition of our place within the Symphony of all that is. Following the meditation, we will enter the somatic seal song “The Living Bridge.” This song is not simply music — it is an embodied affirmation designed to anchor the realization of this stage within the nervous system, the breath, and the body. Its refrain is a declaration of identity rather than a request for transformation: I am Love. I am Light. I am One. Allow the words, tones, and vibrations to move through you. Let them resonate in your chest, your breath, your awareness. You do not need to try to feel anything. Simply receive. The work of this stage is not effort — it is consent. Tonight we remember together that we are not separate travelers walking toward God. We are expressions of the Divine walking as God’s Love in the world. So come gently. Come openly.
